2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@urrbanvault.in

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Attach images/videos as proof (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you with the next steps.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, we offer a free replacement.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
